SkateXS Refund Policy

We understand that our skateboards are often selected as gifts and kids don't always agree with the choices that were made. As such we absolutely accept both returns and exchanges.

Returns/Exchanges

Our policy lasts a full 120 days. If 120 days have gone by since your purchase, you can still reach out to us and explain what is going on. We want to support you. 

Please note that to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Once a skateboard has been ridden, we really can't do much with it. In a nutshell a skateboard cannot be returned for refund or exchange if it shows any signs of use.

Warranty Returns

Our skateboards and safety gear are top notch and warrantied to stand up to the rigors of radical skateboarding. If you ever feel there is a problem with a skateboard or gear, please let us know. We stand behind the quality of all our products and will make sure we find a satisfactory solution to any issues or concerns.  

Process

In all cases, please email contact@skatexs.com or call 760-814-1713. We will validate the return/exchange and provide next steps. 

In most cases we do ask that returns be shipped back to us:

If the return is due to a warranty issue rather than just a preference, we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label.
